Description and Objectives:

The Radiosurgery Society® (RSS) is proud to launch the Residents Association (RSSRA) and the RSS Mentorship and Career Pathways Program, serving as the foundation for a robust program that includes an array of opportunities for education, training, networking, and mentorship in the fields of SRS/SBRT.

Please join us for a deeper dive into the RSS Mentorship and Career Pathways Program, a unique program designed to provide mentorship and coaching opportunities for faculty and experienced medical physicists to residents and trainees pursuing careers as surgeons, radiation oncologists and physicists focused on the practice of radiosurgery. During this hour-long webinar, attendees will be introduced to the program and its innovative matching algorithm based on customized interests. There will be a panel of experienced mentors and mentees answering questions about the RSS mentorship program and how it has impacted their personal growth and professional progression.
